During the 2013 Barossa Airshow crowds were
fortunate to see and hear the CA-12 Boomerang flying. This aircraft (Registered
VH-XBL) is only one of two still flying. The Bommerang is an Australian
designed and built fighter that was produced between 1942 and 1945 as such it
is a rare and important part of Australian aviation history.
